1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ambient Vibe ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications (collectively, "our apps" or "the App"). This policy applies to all apps developed and published by Ambient Vibe on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our apps.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy as a default. We do not collect, process, or store any of the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Account credentials — our apps require no registration or login
• Location data (GPS or IP-based)
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Contacts, calendar, or files on your device
• Browsing history or activity across other apps
• Health or fitness data
• Financial or payment information

We have no back-end user database and operate no servers that store user data.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Some of our apps save data directly to your device's local storage to provide core functionality — for example, saving your game progress, high scores, or in-app preferences. This data:

• Exists only on your device and is never transmitted to Ambient Vibe or any third party by us
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings
• Is not linked to any personal identity

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

Our apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve relevant ads and comply with applicable regulations, AdMob may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable, device-level information. This may include:

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) — a resettable, anonymous identifier used for ad targeting and frequency capping
• Device type, model, and operating system version
• App version and bundle identifier
• General (coarse) location derived from IP address (country/region level)
• Network type and carrier information
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected directly by Google and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Ambient Vibe does not receive, access, or store this information. We have no ability to link AdMob's data to any individual user.

Google AdMob operates in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Where required by law, AdMob will display a consent prompt to users before collecting data for personalized advertising.

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising

You can limit ad personalization at any time using your device's built-in settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off "Personalized Ads"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your interests.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Beyond Google AdMob, our apps may integrate the following platform-provided services. These services operate under their own privacy policies and Ambient Vibe does not control their data practices:

• Apple App Store / Google Play — platform services including crash reporting and purchase verification, governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies
• Apple Game Center / Google Play Games (where enabled in specific apps) — leaderboards and achievements managed entirely by Apple or Google under their policies

We will update this section if additional third-party integrations are introduced in future app versions.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

We take children's privacy seriously. Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, as applicable).

Because we do not collect personal information from any user, this protection applies universally. Where an app is specifically directed at children, ad personalization is disabled in accordance with Google AdMob's Families Policy and applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has inadvertently provided personal information through our app, please contact us at ambientvibe.app@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Because Ambient Vibe does not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove locally stored app data, you can do so by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

For data collected by Google AdMob, you can exercise your rights (including data access and deletion requests) directly with Google via their privacy tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy or by contacting Google at their Privacy Help Centre.

EU / EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Ambient Vibe does not sell or share personal information. We do not have actual knowledge of collecting personal information from consumers under 16 years of age for targeted advertising purposes.

8. Data Security

We design our apps to minimise data exposure by default. Since we do not collect or transmit user data to our own servers, there is no centralised user data held by Ambient Vibe that could be compromised. Local device data is protected by your device's own security mechanisms, including OS-level encryption and access controls.

9. Data Retention

Ambient Vibe retains no user data. Local data stored by our apps on your device persists until you uninstall the app or manually clear app storage. Google AdMob's data retention practices are governed by Google's own retention policies.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our apps or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our apps after any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
